Gallery & Kissa

Ayanoma’s flagship store on Rustaveli Street features two distinct spaces: a “Gallery” and a “Kissa.” Guests can choose the atmosphere they prefer and enjoy coffee and other drinks in their selected setting.

Gallery

Open daily, 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM

In the main “Gallery” space facing Rustaveli Street, guests can enjoy premium coffee air-shipped from Japan while browsing and purchasing traditional Japanese crafts, sipping Georgian wine, and exploring a variety of cultural experiences.

We will also host workshops on hand-drip brewing, events introducing Japanese culture, and art exhibitions featuring invited artists.

Kissa

Opening Hours : Open daily 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Closed on Wednesdays.

“Kissa” is a Japanese term meaning “to drink tea,” and refers to a classic café style that blends Western and Japanese influences, which began to spread in Japan around the 1930s.

The Kissa space is smaller and more intimate than the Gallery, offering a quieter atmosphere where coffee is served in a variety of ceramics collected from across Japan. Its entrance is the deep red door located just off Rustaveli Street on Beski Street.

In the Kissa space, Easy-Brew coffee and wine are not offered. Sweets are limited to Japanese pudding and baked goods. Instead, we serve coffee with a small portion of konpeitō [Star-shaped sugar candy] air-shipped from Japan.
