On April 18, 2026, we open the doors of AYANOMA — a café where Japan comes to Tbilisi, at 16 Shota Rustaveli Avenue.
Every cup we serve is hand-dripped with care, using beans roasted by Japan’s finest artisan roasters, flown in fresh from Japan, and brewed through tools crafted by a Japanese manufacturer with over a century of history.
Inside, you are welcome to see, touch, and experience a curated collection of Japanese crafts — and take a piece of Japan home with you.
Our purpose is cultural exchange between Japan and Georgia. Two countries with deep and ancient traditions, separated by distance, brought together by a single cup of coffee.
On the 18th, we plan to open at 12:00 PM.
