AYANOMA Exhibited at the Tbilisi Coffee Festival 2026

On September 26–27, 2026, AYANOMA took part as an exhibitor at the Tbilisi Coffee Festival, held at Expo Georgia.

AYANOMA TCF

AYANOMA is Tbilisi’s first Japanese-style kissaten, bringing the tradition of Japanese hand-brewed coffee to Georgia. We carefully select specialty coffee beans from around the world and have them roasted in Japan by a highly skilled professional roaster with years of experience and exceptional roasting craftsmanship. The freshly roasted beans are then air-shipped directly to Tbilisi.

At AYANOMA, each cup is carefully brewed by hand using equipment from a long-established Japanese coffee equipment manufacturer.

Our coffee selection centers around dark roasts, a style that has been enjoyed in traditional Japanese kissaten for generations. We also offer a wide range of roast levels, from medium to light, allowing our guests to explore the different flavors and characteristics that each roasting style can bring out in coffee.

Dark-roasted coffee is relatively uncommon in today’s global specialty coffee scene. At our festival stand, visitors had the opportunity to taste our dark roast alongside a light roast and experience the contrast between the two. For many, we hope this offered a new perspective on just how differently specialty coffee can express itself depending on the roasting approach.

AYANOMA Barista

AYANOMA opened in April 2026, so we are still a very young café. For us, these two days were an important opportunity to introduce our concept to Tbilisi’s coffee lovers and share our approach to coffee and a part of Japanese coffee culture.

Thank you so much to everyone who visited our stand and tasted our coffee!

And if you noticed our stand and were curious about AYANOMA but didn’t get a chance to try our coffee, we would love to welcome you to our café. Come and experience a cup of Japanese-style hand-brewed coffee for yourself.
